This website was not created to collect clients.

It mainly exists to communicate better with existing clients and to share practical legal content.

You may think of it as a digital business card with a legal obsession.

However, being a lawyer comes with certain legal obligations, so here we are.

This notice is primarily prepared in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), while also reflecting core GDPR principles for international visitors.

Other than technically necessary cookies, I do not actively track visitors.

Basic technical data such as IP address, session records, and similar technical information may be processed automatically to ensure website security and functionality.

If you choose to use the contact form, the following information may reach me voluntarily:

• Name and surname
• E-mail address
• Phone number
• Message content or case summary

Other than that, I am not interested in your blood type, identity number, or horoscope.

Mainly to:

• Respond to your messages
• Evaluate your requests
• Communicate when necessary
• Prepare preliminary legal assessments if a legal process may follow

No advertising systems.

No marketing campaigns.

No selling personal data.

I am a lawyer, not a data trader.

Personal data may be processed based on:

• GDPR Article 6 — Processing necessary to respond to requests initiated by the visitor
• GDPR Article 6(1) — Legitimate interest, including website security and communication management
• KVKK Article 5/2(c) and 5/2(f) — Processing necessary for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a legal right and legitimate interests of the data controller

In addition, certain technical traffic records may be retained due to mandatory legal obligations under Turkish legislation, including Law No. 5651.

Personal data is not shared with advertising companies, CRM systems, or unrelated third parties.

Only when technically necessary, authorized technical support personnel working under confidentiality obligations may access limited data for purposes such as cybersecurity incidents, technical maintenance, or system failures.

And hopefully none of those happen.

Data is retained only for as long as necessary and proportionate to its purpose.

If a legal obligation or potential dispute exists, certain data may be retained during applicable limitation periods under Turkish law.

E-mail infrastructure services such as Google Workspace may also temporarily store communications as part of their technical systems.

Under KVKK and GDPR principles, you may request:

• Information regarding processed personal data
• Correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion of unnecessary data
• Information about processing purposes
• Information regarding third-party transfers
• Objection to certain automated processes
• Compensation claims if unlawful damage occurs
